The investigators undertake screening studies, healthy volunteer studies or patient studies where it may be required, or desirable from a clinical safety perspective to have image-based evidence of organ structure and/or function. This can assist the investigators to exclude certain pathologies or to establish a structural or functional baseline for various organ systems e.g.: fatty liver disease with abdominal ultrasound, an echocardiogram for a murmur, or a renal ultrasound for polycystic kidneys. Therefore, the investigators are conducting this ongoing project to offer all volunteers imaging test and optional physical examination and blood tests that may enable participants to participate in certain clinical trials that require the establishment of a structural or functional baseline or a specific, proven imaging criteria (e.g. no fatty liver disease, no renal cysts), provided participants meet other study specific inclusion and exclusion criteria and if they wish to do so. The number of volunteers to be screened and imaged are not restricted. Volunteers enrolled in this project will not be obliged/guaranteed to participate in any future study or to remain enrolled in any study that they might already be enrolled in. The baseline tests will include haematology, biochemistry, serology, ultrasound, fibroscan, echocardiogram and endocrine evaluation. The study includes adaptive features.
