- Allocation: RandomizedIntervention Model: Parallel AssignmentIntervention Model Description: The eligible participants will be allocated to either arm using an online randomisation site in 1:1 randomisation ratio. All participants will have equal chance of getting allocated to either arm.Masking: Single (Outcomes Assessor)Masking Description: It is not practical to blind the participants to the intervention as the study team are studying two different types of physical activities. The study team will explore whether it is feasible for the outcome assessor to be blind to the treatment allocation.Primary Purpose: Supportive Care
