- Allocation: RandomizedIntervention Model: Crossover AssignmentIntervention Model Description: Overview: The overall study design will be a randomized, double-blind crossover comparison of ketone ester (KE) therapy vs. KE-free vehicle in 20 patients with established HF with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
