- Allocation: RandomizedIntervention Model: Parallel AssignmentIntervention Model Description: Randomized, parallel-group clinical trial in lymphoma patients with reduced cardiac function (left ventricular ejection fraction <50%) after anthracycline-based chemotherapy with two study groups: Group 1: Carvedilol and Lisinopril titrated to maximally tolerated doses as per standard practice Group 2: Pravastatin and Spironolactone in addition to maximally titrated Carvedilol and Lisinopril dosesMasking: None (Open Label)Primary Purpose: Treatment
