- Allocation: Non-RandomizedIntervention Model: Sequential AssignmentIntervention Model Description: This study is a single institution trial with two cohorts to test the efficacy of the NEDD8 inhibitor, pevonedistat as a single agent in patients with NF2 mutant MM (Cohort 1), and also to test the safety of pevonedistat in combination with standard chemotherapy, pemetrexed/cisplatin (Cohort 2).Masking: None (Open Label)Primary Purpose: Treatment
