BMI > 35 kg/m2
Pheochromocytoma
vomiting within 24h

QT prolongation (QTc > 440ms)
problem with communication
hepatorenal disease
allergy to ondansetron or betahistine
gastrointestinal disease
administration of antiemetics or opioids within 24h
