allergy to ondansetron or betahistine
QT prolongation (QTc > 440ms)
Pheochromocytoma

vomiting within 24h
gastrointestinal disease
BMI > 35 kg/m2
problem with communication
hepatorenal disease
pregnant
administration of antiemetics or opioids within 24h
