This is a phase II study randomizing patients with stage I with T1 > 1.5 cm, stage II or III triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) to preoperative cisplatin versus paclitaxel. The study is designed to evaluate the ability of the Homologous Recombination Deficiency (HRD) assay to predict pathologic response to preoperative chemotherapy.

A Study of Atezolizumab and Paclitaxel Versus Placebo and Paclitaxel in Participants With Previously Untreated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)

This Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A, an anti-programmed death-ligand 1 [PD-L1] antibody) administered in combination with paclitaxel compared with placebo in combination with paclitaxel in participants with previously untreated, inoperable locally advanced or metastatic, centrally confirmed TNBC. Participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive atezolizumab or placebo plus paclitaxel until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity or end of study, whichever occurs first (maximum up to approximately 40 months). In addition, the Sponsor may decide to terminate the study at any time.

A Safety Study of SEA-TGT (SGN-TGT) in Advanced Cancer

This trial will look at a drug called SEA-TGT (also known as SGN-TGT) to find out whether it is safe for patients with solid tumors and lymphomas. It will study SEA-TGT to find out what its side effects are. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. It will also study whether SEA-TGT works to treat solid tumors and lymphomas. The study will have three parts. Part A of the study will find out how much SEA-TGT should be given to patients. Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SEA-TGT is and if it works to treat solid tumors and lymphomas. Part C will study how well SEA-TGT with sasanlimab works to treat solid tumors.

All participants will be enrolled into initial tumor-specific cohorts (except those with pancreatic cancer) before the cohorts will be expanded, if adequate efficacy is determined.

Study of Safety and Efficacy of DKY709 Alone or in Combination With PDR001 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors.

This is a phase I/Ib, open label study. The escalation portion will characterize the safety and tolerability of DKY709 and DKY709 in combination with PDR001 in subjects with NSCLC or melanoma who have received prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, or subjects with NPC.
