The investigators propose to collect biologic samples (i.e. tumor tissue, ascites, and/or blood), from patients undergoing standard of care therapy for a gynecologic malignancy. To detect changes in the immune response following chemotherapy, collection of biologic samples will occur at baseline and at the time of surgery following chemotherapy.

Short Term Aspirin on the Biologic and Immunologic Changes of the Fallopian Tube

This study will evaluate the impact of low dose aspirin on normal fallopian tube fimbriae in women who have surgery to have their fallopian tubes removed. Participants will take a low dose of aspirin for 2 weeks before their surgery. A portion of the removed fallopian tubes will also be collected for future research and routine pathology purposes.

Study of Chemotherapy With Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Followed by Maintenance With Olaparib (MK-7339) for the First-Line Treatment of Women With BRCA Non-mutated Advanced Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (EOC) (MK-7339-001/KEYLYNK-001/ENGOT-ov43/GOG-3036)

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of treatment with carboplatin/paclitaxel* PLUS pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and maintenance olaparib (MK-7339) in women with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer. The primary study hypotheses are that the combination of pembrolizumab plus carboplatin/paclitaxel* followed by continued pembrolizumab and maintenance olaparib is superior to carboplatin/paclitaxel alone with respect to Progression Free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) in participants with programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-positive tumors (Combined Positive Score [CPS]?10) and in all participants, and that the combination of pembrolizumab plus carboplatin/paclitaxel followed by continued pembrolizumab is superior to carboplatin/paclitaxel alone with respect to PFS per RECIST 1.1 in participants with PD-L1-positive tumors (CPS?10) and in all participants.

A Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Bevacizumab in Chinese Women With Newly Diagnosed, Previously Untreated Stage III or Stage IV Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer

This multicenter, double-blind, 2-arm, randomized study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of bevacizumab plus paclitaxel and caboplatin compared with placebo plus paclitaxel and caboplatin in Chinese participants with newly diagnosed, previously untreated Stage III or Stage IV epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Participants whose disease has not progressed after six cycles of paclitaxel and carboplatin with either bevacizumab or placebo will continue treatment with either bevacizumab or placebo until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or a maximum of 22 cycles, whichever occurs first.

A Study of Mirvetuximab Soravtansine in Platinum-Resistant, Advanced High-Grade Epithelial Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancers With High Folate Receptor-Alpha Expression

This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) in patients with platinum-resistant high-grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of Folate Receptor-Alpha (FR?). Patients will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. All patients will receive single-agent MIRV at 6 mg/kg adjusted ideal body weight administered on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle.

Patients will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. Folate receptor alpha (FR?) positivity will be defined by the Ventana FOLR1 (FOLR1-2.1) CDx assay.

Evaluation of GTPase Inhibition by Post-operative Intravenous Ketorolac in Ovarian Cancer Patients

There is a move towards personalized medicine in cancer care, and significant effort is underway to evaluate new targeted therapeutics for the treatment of ovarian cancer. One way to identify potential new drug targets is by screening a drug library to determine whether drugs in the library target key kinase or enzymatic sites in cellular signaling pathways. Previous preclinical work and pilot studies demonstrated that ketorolac (a type of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) inhibits GTPase activity in ovarian cancer cells retrieved from the post-operative peritoneal cavity. The purpose of this study is to confirm that this inhibitory effect is ketorolac driven and not a specific effect of the post-operative peritoneal compartment.

A Study of Weekly Tisotumab Vedotin for Patients With Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer With Safety Run-in (innovaTV 208)

This trial will study tisotumab vedotin to find out what its side effects are and to see if it works for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC). It will test different doses of tisotumab vedotin that are given at different times. It will also compare the side effects and ability to treat tumors of these different doses and schedules. In this study, there will be a safety run-in group of approximately 12 patients that will look at a dose-dense treatment schedule. In a dose-dense schedule, smaller doses are given more frequently. In addition to the safety run-in patients, there will be three groups in the study. One group will get tisotumab vedotin once every 3 weeks (21-day cycles). The two other groups will get tisotumab vedotin once a week for 3 weeks followed by 1 week off (28-day cycles).

Structural and Functional Imaging and Cognitive Functions in Ovarian Cancer

The purpose of this study is to learn about possible changes in brain anatomy and function, and in thinking abilities, such as memory skills, in patients with ovarian cancer who receive treatment with chemotherapy. Cancer patients treated with chemotherapy may experience changes in thinking abilities, and these may interfere with quality of life. Most of the research to date has involved patients with breast cancer, and there are no studies in women with ovarian cancer looking at at treatment-related changes in brain anatomy and function.
